Investigating

We are currently aware of an issue where, when logging in to some systems, the system name is not recognized. As a result, affected users may be unable to log in via the web.

As a workaround, logging in via the app is still working as normal. If you are unable to log in through the web, please use the app in the meantime.

Our technical team is actively working on a fix and aims to restore normal access as quickly as possible. No action is required on your side.

We apologize for any inconvenience and will post an update as soon as the issue has been resolved.
